1、门禁考勤管理办法1.总则1.1.为了规范公司门禁、考勤管理，特制订本办法。1.2.本办法适用于工业园区所有员工。2.职责2.1.人力资源部：2.1.1.负责门禁、考勤系统的日常管理与维护；2.1.2.负责门禁、考勤卡的办理、发放和补办；2.1.3.负责全公司手工纸质考勤、请假单、打卡异常与卡机数据的的稽查、校对、核实工作，并按期汇总、整理汇报财务部；2.1.4.负责对门禁、考勤使用异常的考核。2.2.行政后勤科：2.2.1.负责反馈通勤车晚点造成员工迟到的情况；2.2.2.负责公司考勤设施的日常保养、保护及异常汇报工作；2.2.3.负责临时门禁卡的管理、发放及回收
2、。2.2.4.负责员工进出厂区刷卡异常的登记。2.3.IT部：负责定期对门禁系统、考勤系统使用状况进行检查、维护，保证系统正常工作。2.4.各部门考勤员：负责日常手工纸质考勤、请假单、打卡异常的定期记录、收集、整理、汇报工作。2.5.各部门负责人：负责本部门手工纸质考勤、请假单、打卡异常的审核、批示工作。2.6.员工：按照规定使用门禁、考勤卡。3.门禁卡管理3.1.门禁卡分类及用途3.1.1.员工卡：员工进入相应工作场所的凭证及工具，员工个人的考勤工具。3.1.2.贵宾卡：适用于公司外来贵宾进出相应场所使用。3.1.3.临时卡：适用于维修、基建、绿化等人员及临时外
