1、长存T业大学硕{一论文摘要即时通讯(InstantMessaging)是继电话和电子邮件之后在全球迅速普及的新一代通信工具。使用即时通讯软件，信息可以立刻发送到接收者，接收者可以不必马上回复，而且可以同时向不同接收者发送不同信息。即时通讯继承了电话的“即时性”和电子邮件的“并发性”(多任务)两大优点，成为两种通信方式的补充。由于大部分即时通讯信息以文本这一可记录可回放的方式进行交流，解决了以前电话、电子邮件等工具产生的信息失真、不对称和时效性不强等问题，使获得的信息变得更加准确而及时。而且，使用即时通

2、讯可以扩展工作空间，可以提高工作效率，通过即时消息与协同办公系统整合等手段还能使企业的成本大幅度下降。企业即时通讯系统是在企业内部使用的传送文件等信息的通信工具，由于其廉价、快捷、容量大等特点，被认为是取代电子邮件的新一代在线利器。近两年，虽然新的个人即时通讯系统仍然层出不穷，但常用的个人即时通讯系统经常被企业封杀，这就给企业即时通讯系统的生存和发展提供了极大的机遇。正是由于上述的原因，结合项目实践，我们系统论述了即时通讯系统的发展历程、现状和发展的方向；提出了基于Jabber协议的即时通讯系统的技术
