4、bility.Recently,ZnOhasbecomeoneofthemostpromisingcathodematerialsforfieldemission.Thefieldemissionpropertiesoftetra—needlelikezincoxidewhiskers(T.ZnOw)werestudiedinthisdissertation。Foritstetra-needlelikestructure,theproductiveT—ZnOwshowedarelativelowturn-onfieldof3.7V/#mandthresholdfieldof6.
5、9V//zm。andthefieldenhancementfactor卢valueWas2315.TheAI—dopedT—ZnOwsampleswerepreparedbysolidsolmiontreatmentwithdifferentloadingsofAI”.SEMimagesandX-raydiffractionpatternsindicatedthatthedopantofA1’+didn’tchangethetetra-needlelikemorphologyandwurtzitestructureofT-ZnOw.A13+substitutedZn2+inZn

7、detheabsorptionedgeblue·shiftandbroadenedthebandingenergyofT—ZnOw.T—ZnOwfilmswerefabricatedusingscreen-printingtechnique.ItwasfoundthatthefieldemissionpropertiesofT-ZnOwwereimprovedbyheattreatmentandthetum-onfieldandthresholdfieldwere2.6V/I.tmand5.2V/gin,respectively,whilethefieldenhancement
