2、ationalEconomyMobilizationPreparedness(NEMP),andexecutingtheNEMactivitiescan’tbeseparatedfromdecision-making.Howdecision-makingwillguideNEMactivitiestoraisetheefficiencyofmobilizationisoneofthefocusesofthestudy.Taskassignmentwhichlacksofscientificguidanceatpresentisanimportan

3、telementofNEM,theschemewillhaveadirectimpactontheefficiencyofmobilization.ThisthesisismainlyfromtheprojectofNEMSimulationandTrainingSystem.ItwillresearchthetaskassignmentonincrementalresourcesusingthemethodforVirtualEnterprise(VE)partnerselectionforreference.Accordingtothecha

4、ractersofNEMSimulationandTrainingSystem，real-timewhichmeansenterprisesowntaskduringthemobilizationtimeshouldbeconsidered.AftertheanalyzingthesimilaritybetweenVEpartnerselectionandtaskassignment,thebasicprocessoftaskassignmentaregiven:First,thequalifiedenterprisesareselectedac

5、cordingtofiltrateobjectsconfirmedbyRelationshiptheory.Amongthosequalifiedenterprises,theFuzzy-AHPisappliedtogiveacomprehensivecomparisontogetcandidateenterprises.Then,basedontheconsiderationoftimeandcost,anmathematicalmodelisconstructedtogettheoptimalamountofthecandidateenter

6、prises.Andtheresultisgottenthroughtheintroductionoftheconceptoftime-costandtheA*algorithm.Thefeasibilityoftheabovemethodistestifiedbytheexamplegivensubsequently.Attheendofthethesis,thecomposingofthedecisionmoduleoftaskassignmentintheNEMSimulationandTrainingSystemaswellasthefu
