1、南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文单极性移相控制双向电压源高频环节逆变器研究姓名:宋海峰申请学位级别:硕士专业:电力电子与电力传动指导教师:陈道炼20060201南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要本文首先论述了DC/AC逆变技术的应用前景及发展现状。基于正激Forward变换器的双向电压源型高频环节逆变器电路结构,由输入周波变换器、高频变压器、输出周波变换器、以及输入、输出滤波器构成;双向电压源高频环节逆变器电路拓扑族,包括推挽全波式、推挽桥式、半桥全波式、半桥桥式、全桥全波式、全桥桥式六种电路。以全桥桥式拓扑为例,论述了双向电压源型
2、高频环节逆变器单极性移相控制的原理、逆变器在一个高频开关周期内的十二个工作模式及其等效电路;采用状态空间平均法建立了逆变器平均模型,获得了这类逆变器的关键电路参数的设计准则和外特性曲线;分析了系统稳定性,并对逆变器高频环节原理进行了数学分析。设计的1kVA270V±10%DC/115V400HzAC单极性移相控制双向电压源高频环节逆变器原理试验表明,这类逆变器具有高频电气隔离、电路拓扑简洁、两级功率变换(LFAC/HFAC/LFAC)、功率密度高、双向功率流、音频噪音低、变换效率高、网侧功率因数高等优点,为新一代高功率密度、高
