4、rizedinthispaper．Theproductionschedulingproblemofsequentialmulti·purposechemicalplantwithZel"O—wait(ZW)policywasstudied．Fortheoptimalschedulingmodelwithobjectivefunctionofmakespan，thispaperpresentaheuristic“separate．constrict'’strategytosimplifythecalculationofthemakespaninacertainproduc

5、tionsequence．UsingLine-upCompetitionAlgorithm(LCA)tooptimizetheproductionsequence，simultaneously,apropermutationstrategywasproposedtoimprovetherateofconvergence-Theboilersteamsystemcyclicschedulingproblemwasinvestigated．Proposedasub-timestrategyforthisschedulingproblem，andestablishedamix

6、ed-integernonlinearprogram(MINLP)modelbasedontheproposedstrategy．LCAWasadoptedtosolvetheMINLPproblem，andacaseofboilersteamsystemcycleschedulingproblemWasstudied．TheresultsshowedthatcycleschedulingoptimizationCallachieveremarkableenergysavingeffect．Thefermentationprocesswithairsupplyconst

7、raint，akindofresourceconstraints，wasanalyzed．Anoptimalschedulingmodel，whichhadresourceconstraintsandadoptedmakespanasobjectivefunction,Wasbuilt．AppliedLCAtosolvetheschedulingproblemofabiologicalpesticideplant．andobtainedanoptimalschedulingprogram．Thestudyofthisproblemisan
