4、rizedinthispaper.Theproductionschedulingproblemofsequentialmulti·purposechemicalplantwithZel"O—wait(ZW)policywasstudied.Fortheoptimalschedulingmodelwithobjectivefunctionofmakespan,thispaperpresentaheuristic“separate.constrict'’strategytosimplifythecalculationofthemakespaninacertainproduc
5、tionsequence.UsingLine-upCompetitionAlgorithm(LCA)tooptimizetheproductionsequence,simultaneously,apropermutationstrategywasproposedtoimprovetherateofconvergence-Theboilersteamsystemcyclicschedulingproblemwasinvestigated.Proposedasub-timestrategyforthisschedulingproblem,andestablishedamix
6、ed-integernonlinearprogram(MINLP)modelbasedontheproposedstrategy.LCAWasadoptedtosolvetheMINLPproblem,andacaseofboilersteamsystemcycleschedulingproblemWasstudied.TheresultsshowedthatcycleschedulingoptimizationCallachieveremarkableenergysavingeffect.Thefermentationprocesswithairsupplyconst
7、raint,akindofresourceconstraints,wasanalyzed.Anoptimalschedulingmodel,whichhadresourceconstraintsandadoptedmakespanasobjectivefunction,Wasbuilt.AppliedLCAtosolvetheschedulingproblemofabiologicalpesticideplant.andobtainedanoptimalschedulingprogram.Thestudyofthisproblemisan
