3、ringlasttenyears.So,users,maintainers,designersanduniversitiesattachmoreimportancetothetechnologyofaccurateshaftalignment.Therearetwocommonalignmentmethods:dialindicatorandlaseralignment.Whenthedialindicatorisused,theassemblyandmaintenancetimeprolongsalotbecauseofthecomplicated
4、calculationandthereduplicateadjustmentsofcalculationerror.Thelaseralignmentismoreconvenient,butitisnotfitforsmallenterprisesandresearchinstitutesforthehighcost.Thispaperstudiesseveralcalculationsofdialindicatorandlaseralignment.Then,basedondialindicatoralignment,theauthordevelo
5、psaapplicationsoftware.Becauseitdecreasesthecalculationdifficulty,theefficiencyisimprovedandtheadjustmenttimeissaved.Thissoftwarehasbeensuccessfullyappliedintheadjustment/assemblyofacertaintest-bed.Itmakessix-shaftalignmentbeoperatedatthesametimeinsteadoftwo-shaftalignmentrespe
