2、sthekeypointofthedailymanufacturingfunctionoftheenterprise.Inordertoensuretheenterprise’squickreflectiontotheproductiontaskandthenewmarketrequirement,aswellastheagilityoftheproductionability,itisimportanttoreconfigurethemanufacturingcellbasedontheflexibleresources.Accordingtoth
3、eDVMCreconfigurationandtheschedulingproblem,themaincontentsandtheachievementsofthedissertationareasfollows:WiththeresearchonthecharactersoftheDVMCandtheanalysisoftheworkprocess,theMulti-AgentsarchitecturebasedontheWebServicesisproposedaccordingtothefunctionmodelsoftheDVMC.Itisa
4、nalyzedthatthepositivefeedback,multi-goaloptimizationprocessistheessentialofthecellreconfiguration.AfterstudyingthedynamicreconfigurationprocessoftheDVMC,thekeystepsoftheprocessincludingtheabilityrequirementanalyse,requirementissuance,interactiveinformationmanagement,resourcese
5、lection,resourceclusteringandreconfigureevaluation.Thesyntheticfuzzyevaluationsmodelsareconstructed.Guaranteedbyalljobscompletedonschedule,withthetargettoreducethemanufacturingandtransportationcost,itisimportanttoutilizethemanufacturingresourcesefficientlywithoptimizingthecombi
6、natorialoftheresourcesandreconfiguringthemanufacturecellwithintheflexiblemanufacturingprocess.Amodelfortheresourceselectionattheleastproductioncosthasbeenbuilt,andtheantcolonygeneticalgorithm(ACGA)isproposedinthisdissertation.Underthesuitabletaskassigned,thelayeredclusteralgori
