2、展。全文共由六章组成，其主要研究内容可以概括为以下几个方面：1．探讨了国内外企业集团化发展的有关理论发展的历程和主要的内容，引入了企业集团对子公司的哺育优势理论和企业集团的行业转移理论。2．对供电多经企业的发展现状和所处的战略环境进行了分析，指出目前供电企业面临的挑战大于机遇，而内部的实力并不是十分明显。上海交通大学MBA学位论文供电多纾企业集团化发展战略研究3．提出了供电多经企业集团化发展的战略定位是将资源优势转化为产业优势，培育企业的核心竞争力，并指出在集团化发展的过程中应注意的问题。4．就供电多经企业集团化战略的规
