1、长春T业人学硕}‘学位论文摘要随着信息技术的发展，管理信息系统在企业的日常工作中发挥着越来越多的作用。人们要求企业的信息系统能够适应不断变化的业务需求，能够实现人们之间、用户与企业之间以及企业与企业之间的信息交换与共享、协同工作及至科学的管理与决策。80年代中期发展起来的工作流技术，能够很好的满足这种需求。工作流管理系统的主要目标是通过调用相关的信息资源与人力资源来协调业务流程中的各个环节，使之按照一定的顺序依次进行，从而实现业务流程的自动化。本文介绍了工作流技术及工作流管理系统的定义、基本特征、工作流的研究现状，在参考了当前多个工作流管理软件，并且研究了大量关于

2、业务流模型文献以后，对业务模型在工作流管理系统中的应用进行了研究，对业务模型在工作流系统中的应用方面，提出了“业务基本模型”法。模型综合了大量业务流程的特性，总结其模型的特点，使业务流程在工作流中的重复利用率大大提高，使用户更快捷、更清楚的定义业务流程，文中深入介绍了业务基本模型的特点并提出了模型可能遇到的问题及一些解决方案。最后，为了实现上述的业务模型，分析和研究了以“业务基本模型”为基础的Web工作流管理系统。关键词：工作流，业务流模型，工作流管理系统长存T业人学珂¨。学位论文AbstractWiththedevelopmentofinformationtec
