4、ndfrom2006to2010waspredicted,inordertoprovideguidelinetomakingpoliciesforChongmingmedicalandhealthaftertime.Totalhealthexpenditurearecurrencyexpressionofmedicalandhealthresourcesraisedandpaidoutformedicalandhealthserviceinmedicalandhealthregionamongofonecountryorareainfixedperiod.There
5、searchorigin,developmentandapplicationoftotalhealthexpenditurewerefirstreviewedinthepaper,toexpatiatesignificationonbudgetingChongmingmedicalandhealthtotalcost.Afterbudgetingandstatisticsofrelatingdata,theanalysisweremadetoobtaineddata,movingactualityofChongmingmedicalandhealthfundwere
