1、中南大学硕士学位论文铅锌冶炼企业循环经济评价研究姓名:欧阳丽伟申请学位级别:硕士专业:环境工程指导教师:柴立元20070101在确定r指标体系后,就对铅锌冶炼企业循环经济的发展进行评价:①确定了铅锌冶炼企业循环经济发展的目标值;②利用相对贴近度将不同度量的各指标化成无量纲的相对数,对原始数据进行标准化处理;③从层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数;④采用多层次线性综合评价,得到经济效益指数、资源利用指数、能源利用指数、环境效益指数和循环经济发展潜力指数。在此基础上,构造丁,循环经济发展系数和协调系数。最终得到了铅锌冶炼企业循环经济评价的9个等级。
