2、SMSP)iscalledasthehighefficiencypowersupply.Ithasmanyvirtuessuchaswidestableoutputranges,largepowerdensityratio.1ightnessandgoodperformance.Itsfewerlossesontheswitchbringithighefficiencycomparedwiththelinearregulator.Thehighestefficiencyoftheswitchmodepowersuppl
3、ycouldbeabove90%anditiswidelyusedintheportableapplications.Therefore.itjsofgreatimportancetoresearchintotheswitchmodepowersupply.ThepaperissupportedbyNationScienceFoundationofChinaandSichuanProvinceAcademicFoundation.ThebasicprincipleandcontroltechniquesofDC·DCb
4、uckconvertersaredescribedindetail.Theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthecontrolmethodsareanalyzedandcompared,andwhereeachmethodismoreadaptedtoispointedout.ThekeycontrolcircuitsbasedonDC-DCbuckconverterincurrentcontrolmodewhichisusedinmobileapplicationsandportableapp
5、licationsaredesigned:thePWMsum—comparatorandthecurrentcontrolcomparatorofsynchronousreifications.Theoperationalprinciple,structureandsmallsignalcharacterareparticularlyanalyzed.TosolvetheproblemsinPWMCurrentmodemethod,aslopecircuitbasedontheprincipleofslopecompe
6、nsationisdesigned.ThePWMcontrolcircuitisthecoreofconverterswhichrealizedthecontrolalgorithm.Itsperformanceisveryhnportantinconverters.Thelowpowerlossessynchronousreification(SR)iswidelyappliedinlowpowerDCconverters.TheSRcontrolmethodcaneffectivelysolvetheproblem
7、thattheefficiencyistoolowinlightloads.AnewtypeofPWMcomparatorsisdesigned:thesum—comparator.Itreplacestheerroramplifierandimprovestheperformance:thegainisapproximately120DB.Andthecurrentcontrolcomparatorofsynchronousreificationscanadjustthethresholdtotheload.Itsg
