2、trength,goodcorrosionresistanceandhighthermalstability.However,titaniumalloyiswellknownasadifficulttomachinematerial,becauseofitslowthermalconductivity,smallelasticmodule,andhighchemicalactivity.Manyresearchershaveputtheirattentionsonthehighspeedmachining(HSM)oftitaniumalloy.I
3、nthispaper,someresearcheswerecarriedoutonthefundamentalaspectsofhighspeedmillingoftitaniumalloys,suchasthecuttingforce,cuttingtemperature,toolwear,surfaceintegrityandtheinfluenceofcuttingspeedonthefatiguepropertyofthefinishedproduct.1.Cuttingforceinhighspeedmillingoftitaniumal
4、loyTherelationsbetweencuttingforceandmillingparameters,toolwear,anddifferentworkpiecematerialswereinvestigatedrespectively.Thevariationofthecuttingforceintoolcoordinatesystemandthefrequencypropertiesofthecuttingforcewerestudied.Theeffectsofhighfrequencycomponentsandimpactonthe
5、cuttingforcewerealsoanalyzed.2.CuttingtemperatureinhighspeedmillingofTialloyCuttingtemperaturewasmeasuredbyaconstantan-workpiecethermalcouple.Thephysicalmeaningoftheacquiredelectromotiveforce(EMF)signalswasanalyzed.Basedonthisanalysis,thetemperaturevariationandthethermalimpact
