4、esult,theshearingstrengthoftheliquidmetalisverylarge,whichhaveasignificantinfluenceontheformingofnon—dendritegrains.Alowerpouringtemperature,alowercoolingintensity,ahigherpouringheightandahigherpouringvelocityarepronetoformingsphericalornodulargrains.Thenbasedontheresultsoft
5、henumericalsimulationandtheprincipleoftheorthogonalexperimentation,selectappropriatetechnicalparameters,andresearchtherelationofthetechnicalparameters.Theresultshowsthatasfarasthetemperature,theeffectofcoolingintensityisthebiggest,followingwithpouringtemperature,pouringveloc
