2、INSOLVENTESTATESABSTRACTThisthesisismainlyonthepriorityofsecuredinterestinthedistributionofinsolventestates,whichisoneofthemostdifficultissuesofbankruptcylawacademicresearchandthekeyissueshasbeenheateddebatedduringtherevisionofthePRCBankruptcyLaw.Inadditiontotheintroductionandcon

3、clusion,thethesisisconsistedoffivechapters.ChapterOneintroducestheconceptanddevelopmenthistoryofsecuredinterest,andthedifferentpriorityofsecuredinterestinthebankruptcylawsofdifferentcountries.Theauthorarguesthechoiceofpriorityofsecuredinterestindifferentcountriesisbasedontheirres

4、pectivesocialandeconomicconditions,adheringtotheprinciplesofequityandefficiency.ChapterTwoanalysesthepriorityofsecuredinterestinthedistributionofinsolventestatesintheperspectiveofphilosophyoflaw.Theauthorarguesthefullpriorityofsecuredinterestinbankruptcyisactuallyunfairtothenonad
