4、onomyoftheentiresociety.Sothestudyonparallelimportsofpatentproductsisextremelysignificantinboththetheoryandthepractice.Theexhaustionofpatentrightsandparallelimportsareconcernedwiththeissueofeconomicinterestsandtradepolicesaswellasthelegalissues.Underthecu

5、rrentsituation,theemphasisofresearchshouldbeputontheeconomicanalysisandempiricalstudyonparallelimports.Whetheraretheparallelimportsofpatentproductspermittedorprohibited?Whatinfluencesdothepoliciesmakeontheindustriessuchaspharmaceuticals?Theresearchwillfac

6、ilitateChinesepolicy-making.ItalsoenablesChineseenterprisesdrawupreasonableimportsstrategiesofpatentproductsandavoidsufferingthelossresultingfromviolatingtheregulationsofimportingcountries.Underthisconsideration,thisdissertationstudiesontheeconomicanalysi
