1、厦门大学硕士学位论文福建国际服务贸易发展战略研究姓名：陈嘉申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：翁君奕20090201摘要随着国际经济的发展转型，服务贸易成为新形势下各国经济竞争的焦点，其发展水平是衡量一国对外贸易以及国民经济实力的重要标志。发展国际服务贸易，有利于福建转变外贸增长方式，提升贸易国际竞争力；更有利于扩大对外开放，优化产业结构，提升经济发展质量和综合竞争实力。本文对国内外服务贸易发展现状及经验进行分析，运用企业战略管理的理论和知识，对福建省国际服务贸易发展的战略进行深入研究，论文主要观点和研究成果如下：一、福建

2、省国际服务贸易发展机遇与挑战并存。目前福建省货物贸易发展迅速，持续高速的货物贸易增长对与货物贸易相关的服务贸易的带动作用非常明显，福建省国际服务贸易领域已经形成一些优势产业，将进入快速发展的阶段；同时福建处于工业化中期阶段，国际服务贸易的组成主要是传统服务贸易，发展尚处于初期阶段，发展水平还不高，比重较低，结构有待进一步优化。二、培养国际服务贸易的核心竞争力是福建对外贸易转型的焦点和核心。福建国际服务贸易尚未形成核心竞争力，应以良好的软环境作为核心竞争力，消除不利于服务贸易各主要业务单元发展的制约因素，以发展环境优势促进服务贸易

3、发展。三、在国际服务贸易发展战略选择上，福建省应继续延续不相关多元化战略即多角化战略，但现阶段应选择重点业务单元(行业)有针对性的重点发展，针对不同业务单元(行业)采取不同的战略。四、本文就具体采取何种政策、措施形成良好的软环境，促进福建国际服务贸易发展提出若干建议。关键词：福建：服务贸易；战略研究AbstractWiththedevelopmenttransformationofinternationaleconomy,servicetradehasbecomeafocusininternationaleconomiccomp
