4、ifiedway.ParlayAPIissuchvaluedtechnologythatCanimplementthisgoal.ThedefinitionofParlayAPIisindependentofidiographictechnology,theapplicationbasedonParlayAPICallworkonmultipletypesofnetworks.ThedriveofservicemakeboththenetworkoperatorsandmakerstosupplynewservicesbasedonParlay/OSAassoonaspossible.Th
