3、fatiguetestandtheprobabilityandstatisticmethod.TherelationsbetweenthedummystressamplitudeandfatiguelifecanbeeasilydevelopedAndthen,theBHW-35steelfatiguedesigncurvecanbeobtainedaccordingwithASMEcriterionandBS5500criterion.Comparedwiththedesigncurvesprov

4、idedbytheASMEandBS5500criterion,thecurvegotinthispaperprovidesreliabledirectionforthefatiguedesignofboilerdrum,whichusedonthealteringgeneratingpowerplantset.Stressconcentrationmeasureonthemodelofboilerdrumwithtwonozzleswasexecutedandthetestingresultswe

5、recomparedwiththeASMEcriterion,experientialvalueandthevalueoffiniteelementmethodrespectively.Thismeasurementresultprovidesdirectionforevaluationofstressamplitude.WiththeexperimentofsurfacecrackgrowthofBHW-35weldmetal.thelawofthesurfacecrackshapevariati
