2、ationandcontrol,thefieldbusfeaturedwithopeninganddistributionhasbeenoneofthekeytechnologiesinmodernautomatismfield.Asoneofthefieldbuses,CAN(ControllerAreaNetwork)isaserialcommunicationnetworkthatsupportsdistributedandrealtimecontroleffectively.CANver
3、yfitsinterlinkageofmonitorandcontrolequipmentsinindustryprocessandhasbeenwellacceptedasthemostperspectivefieldbus.AdistributedmeasurementandcontrolsystemwasdevelopedbasedonCANfieldbus.Thetechnologiesinsomefieldsincludingcomputer,control,communication
4、,networkandcircuitdesignwereusedwhichenableacomparativelyrichfunctionsinmonitorandcontrol,inadditiontostableperformanceandfriendlyinterface.ResearchcontentincludestheresearchonhardwareofnodeandCAN-PCinterfacecard,softwarebothrunningonnodeandinterface
5、card,andsoftwarerunningonPCformonitorandcontrolofCANnetwork.PIC16F877singlechipcomputerandMCP2510CANcontrollerarethemainelementsofNodeandInterfaceCard.Everynodehas4ADinputsand8switchoutputs.Themaximum110nodesonaCANbuscommunicatewithPCthroughinterface
6、card.MonitorandcontrolsoftwarerunningonPCisdesignedwithobject-orientedmethod.Thephysicalexistednodeismappedtoaninstanceofnodeclass,sothemonitorandcontroltonodearealsomappedasthecallingofnodeclass’smethods.Alldataandsettingaresupportedbydatabase.Thefu
7、nctionofonlineaddingandremovingofnodesonCANbusareachievedbyeventtriggermechanism.ThePCsoftwarecanmonitorallsensorsandcanshow,printthehistorycurvesofwhich.PCsoftwarealsocancontrolthe8switchesofallnodesbycalltheremotecontrolmethodofnodeclass.Theadjustm
