2、randhigherrequest．Asamatteroffact，ononeside，thegrass—rootsofpublicsecuritythinkthepoliceforceisinsevereshortageatlargeandthebasesectionisbusywiththetasktiredlyfromthesuperior．Ontheotherside，duetOthelowlevelofscientificmanagementanddecision，thereisalsosomeirrationalityandwasteintheallocationofpoli

3、ceforceindifferentpolicesectionsanddifferentpolicepositions，Asthechild-researchofDecisionSupportSystemfo，theOptimizingofPoliceForceAllocationofthePublicSecurityDepartment．Qualitativeanalysisandmodelsofquantitativeanalysisarecombinedeachotherintheresearch．Therepresentativecitiesandcountiesofliangs

4、uProvinceareselectedasthebackgroundoftheresearch．Firstly,theincidencecoefficientbetweenthepoliceforceandODP,population，areaareaccountedandsecondlythesynthesizedindexofGDEpopulation，areaisreached．TheinputandoutputindexesofDEAmodelsarefoundoutaccordingtothespotcheckandthepreviouscalculation．Afterth

5、eDEAmodelsbeinganalyzed，themoderatesizesofthePoliceforceofthesevencitiesorcounties(Changshu，Kunshan，Yang吐ou，Yizheng，Xiangshui，Yancheng，Jintan)from1990to2001areacquired．Thentheinterzonemoderatesizesofthesevencitiesorcountiesin2003and2004arepredictedonthebasisofmoderatesizesfrom1990to2001byusingthe

6、linearregressionandgreymodelGM(1，1)．Fromthepracticalview,themoderatesizespredictedofthePoliceforceareanalyzedinthelastpartoftheresearch．ThequantitativeanalysismethodandtheconclusionsaresupportivestronglytOPoliceforce’Sallocationscientificallyandofsignificanceandpracticalvaluetoacertainextentinhei
