2、相互制保险业务运营情况进行概述，运用PEST分析法和SWTO分析从公司面临的产业环境及自身的优势、劣势、机会、威胁方面进行了具体的分析，并分析了SL农业相互保险公司创办初期发展战略存在的问题，分析了导致战略失败的原因，提出了SL农业相互保险公司发展战略建议，明确了发展目标、市场定位、业务定位。根据发展战略，从市场定位、品牌号召力、营销网点管理、摒弃农垦思维模式等方面提出了相应的实施措施。期望能为企业实际运营提供战略理论依据，为相互制保险在中国的发展做出贡献。关键词：农业保险；相互制；发展战略；战略实施黑龙江大学硕士学位论
