4、dbypromotingeddies.Therefore,itisatheoreticandapplicationissuetostudyhowthefoampropertiesaffecttheheat-transferperformancebyusingeffectivemacroequivalentmodels.Asthedevelopmentoftheelectronicequipmenttowardintegrationandminiaturizationandtheincreasingofth
5、epowerdensity,thermalmanagementbecomesoneofleadingproblemsthatlimitthedevelopmentofthedcctronicequipment.ItisdesiredtodevelopelectronicequipmentswithabetterthermalstructureandinternalflowfieldwhichCanimprovetheheatdissipationcapability,reducetheimportantc
