2、sofbiomass，biomassmixtures，andthreekindsofthedifferentrankofcoalwereselectedinpresentstudyAthermogravimetricanalyzerandapacked-bedpyrolyserdesignedwereusedintheexperimenttostudythepyrolysischaracteristics．Theexergyefficiencyofcombustionchamberwasassessedbyexergyanalysis．Theslaggingperforma

3、nceofcoalsandbiomassesWasinvestigatedindetail。ThethermogravimetricanalyzerWasusedtogetthepyrolysisandtheco-pyrolysisperformanceofbiomass，biomassmixturesandthreekindsofcoal，aswellasthemixturesofbiomassandcoalwitllvariousproportions．TheinitialtemperatureofcoalvolatilereleaseintheCO-pyrolysis

4、processWasreasonablydefined．Theresultsshowthatbomtheinitialtemperatureandtheterminaltemperatureofcoalvolatilereleaseintheco-pyrolysisprocessaledependentofblendingratioaswellastherankofcoal．Andmoreorlessvariationsofthetemperaturesarefoundbycomparingwiththeindividualpyrolysisperformanceofthe

5、biomassmixtureandeachcoal．Thefacilimtion，inhibitionandmteractioneffectsintheco·pyrolysisofbiomassandcoalwerestudied．Kineticmodelofco-pyrolysisWaserected．ThereleaseofNandSofthirteenkindsofbiomasswasexploredintheprocessofpyrolysisusingathermogravimetricanalyzerandelementanalyzer．Majorcompone

6、ntsofthegasderivedfromthepyrolysisofbiomassandcoalspyrolysiswereanalysedbygaschromatographicanalysisusingthepacked-bedpyrolyser．Thisthesisdiscussedthecomponentsandtheircalorificvaluesofthegas，thepyrolysischaracteristicsandproductdistributionofsamples，suchasthemixturesofbiomassandcoal．Inves
