1、浙江大学硕士学位论文——模具认知虚拟实验系统的设计与实现摘要随着模具工业的不断发展，模具行业的人才供不应求，社会上模具设计专业培训应运而生，高校和研究机构也纷纷开设模具课程。而模具课程的重要组成部分一一模具实物拆装实验在现实执行时存在着多种弊端，使得高校的模具设计课程实验无法顺利、有效的进行，严重影响着教与学的效果。计算机技术、数字化技术以及仿真技术的迅速发展，为虚拟实验系统的开展提供了技术基础。本文通过对高校模具设计课程实验实施情况的调查分析，基于UGNX三维设计软件，以SQLserver为数

2、据库平台，利用PowerBuilder工具和vC++，结合UGNX提供的二次开发工具OpenAPI、MenuScript、UIStyler等技术，设计开发了模具认知虚拟实验系统。同时，设计过程充分考虑了系统的通用性，使得该系统适用于任何机械装备类的教学实验。该虚拟实验系统主要包括虚拟实验室和实验室数据管理系统两大内容。其中，虚拟实验室主要由结构认知实验室、拆装实验室和运动仿真实验室组成，配合以进行相应实验的结构认知工具箱、拆装实验工具箱和运动仿真工具箱。实验室数据管理系统主要针对教师级管理人员设
