2、嵌入式可重构数控系统及其关键技术研究ABSTRACTThereconfigurablemanufacturingsystem(RMS)isadirectionoffuturemanufacturingsystem.Itincludessystem—levelreconfigurationandmachine-levelreconfiguration.Computerizednumericalcontrolled(CNC)machinesarethemainpartsofmanufacturingsystem.Itispo
3、ssibletorealizeRMSifaCNCmachineshasthecapabilityofreconfiguration.ThiscapabilityhasbecomeoneoftheperformanceindexestomodemCNCmachines.Wlththedevelopmentofsemiconductorstechnologies,theembeddedmicro—processorisbecomingthemainstreamofthepostPCmarket.Itishigh-speed,
4、small,powerful,multifunctional,andintegrateshighperformancecorewitllarichsetofperipheralfunctionsfocusedoncommunication.TheseadvantagesgreatlysatisfythedevelopmentofthemodemCNCmachines.Besidessomeembeddedoperatingsystems,suchasembeddedLinux,uCOS,basedonGNUsoftwar
5、e,isrobustandopensources,providewidelyapplicationspaceforCNCmachinescontrollerbasedonembeddedsystem.Asthebeginningstepbasedonembeddedsystemathomeandabroad,mostCNCsystemshavebeendevelopedaccordingtotheirspecificrequest.togetherwimtheresourcelimitandplatformrelativ
6、ityoftheembeddedsystem,whichmakedevelopmenthard,longtimeandreconfigurationimpossible.ThisthesisemphasizesonCNCsystemreconfigurationanditskeytechnologybasedonembeddedsystem.ItanalysesthearchitectureofembeddedreconfigurableCNCsystemfromthepointofviewofthemethodolog
7、y.Thenstudythesoftwareandmulti·taskschedulealgorithmofthereconfigurableCNCsystem,andaprototypeofreconfigurableCNCsystemIDE(IntegratedDevelopmentEnvironment)isbuiltup.Intheendthewater-jetCNCsystemandwiringharnessCNCsystemhavebeendevelopedtoverifytheresearchresult.
