3、enthenonlinearproblemcanbeconvertedintolineardivisibleproblemtogetoptimumrelation,whichisagreatinnovationinthemethodology.SVMhasrigorousmathematicfoundation,andthetrainingresultjusthasrelationshipwithSupportVectors.ThusSVMbecomestheimportanttoolforsolvin
4、gnonlinearproblem.Therefore,itisofbroadlyconcernedinthefieldofintellectualcomputationandbroadlyusedinPatternClassificationandRegression.BasedongoodunderstandingoftheSVMtheoryandalgorithm,thispaperdiscussedtheoptimaldesignproblemoftransversefluxinductionh
5、eating(TFIH)devicesforcontinuouslymovingstrip.Inordertoanalyzethereasonsresultinginprematurityinthegeneticalgorithm(GA)runningprocedure,thepopulationstatisticalcharactersincludedintergenerationshammingdistanceetc,weredynamicallyextracted.Thechangingrules
6、ofthesecharacterswereanalyzedandpredictedbySVM.Theresultsindicatedthepopulationstatisticalcharactershadinnerrelationshipwithprematurity.Becausethepopulationstatisticalcharactershadglobalregularity,localirregularityanduniversality,theoptimizationstrategyw
