2、illfulinprovidingassociatedecisions.WithcombiningofGISandDSS,SDSS(SpatialDecisionSupportingSystem)iscomingintobeing.Ontheotherhand,DSSisintegratedwithES(ExpertSystem)toproduceIDSS(IntelligenceDecisionSupportingSystem).Inthefieldofmilitary,withthedevelopment
3、ofinformationtechnique,thenewmilitarystrategy,whichisfocusoninformationwar,ispopularamongtheworld.Hence,theresearchofairtrafficcontrolintelligentspatialdecisionsupportingsystembasedonGIShasimportantacademicandpracticalsceneinadvancingthedevelopmentofGIS.Our
4、dissertationcombinesIDSSwithGIS.TakingadvantageoftheabilityofmanagingspatialinformationofGISandassociatedecisionofIDSS,andintegratingtheknowledgeofATC(AirTrafficControl),wedevelopanewATCsystem,whichisadepttomodernwar.Firstly,weintroduceandanalyzeDSS,GIS,and
5、IDSSindetail.ThenATCISDSS(ATCSDSS,AirTrafficControlIntelligenceSpatialDecisionSupportingSystem)isproposed.Secondly,wepresenttheframework.BasedonthefunctionandrequirementofACTISDSS,thesystemisdividedintoseveralfunctionmodules.Thirdly,wediscussknowledgebasean
6、dreasoningmachineofATCISDSS.AfterstudyingknowledgeconcerningATC,wedesignthereasoningmodelanditsmodules.Finally,theprototypesystemforATCISDSSisrealized.ATCISDSSisveryhelpfultochangetheexistingsituationthatthepresentATCsystemsarebehindthetimesrelatively.Itwil

8、信息技术的发展,以信息战为主导的新的军事战略思想业已成熟,也已被各国人们所接受和推崇。事实上,任何战役和战略战术都是在一定的地理环境中进行的,因此出现了以地理信息系统为依托的地理信息系统的又一分支即军事地理信息系统MGIS(MilitaryGeographicInformationSystem)。现有大部分的GIS应用系统只限于地图数据的存储、显示、查询等基础功能,辅助决策功能相当弱。随着决策支持系
