2、mode．Moreover,itreducescouplingamongsystemsusingSOAframeworkSOthatreusabilityofsoftwarecomponentsisenhancedandquickintegrationofexistentsystemsbecomeseasier．WebservicehasgraduallybecomethemostefficientimplementationmodeofSOAinthecourseofthedevelopmentofSOA．WebserviceisanapplicationconfirmedbyU

3、RI．ItsinterfaceisdescribedusingXML．WebservicesCanbediscoveredontheIntemet—andcallinteractdirectlywithotherapplicationsusingXMLmessagesviamanynetworkprotocols．Atthesametime，managementinformationsystemsforgraduateeducationaladministrationareanimportantpartofconstructionofdigitalcampusandarealsoa

4、significantmanagementcomponentinuniversities．Undercircumstanceswheremodemscienceandtechnologyarepromotedandreformineducationofuniversityisdeepened，themanagementofeducationaladministrationfacesalOtofnewchallenges．Toovercometheinformationislandproblemanddifficultiesinadaptingtochangesofbusinessp

5、rocessesandotherissuesinexistingeducationalmanagementinformationsystems，thetheoryofSOAwasusedinthedevelopmentofBeijingJiaotongUniversitygraduatecomprehensiveeducationmanagementsystem．ThispaperalsostudiedtheanalysisanddesignprocessesofRUPandservice—orientedmethod，andcombinedthesetwotheoriesalto
