5、portfortheregionalplanningbysystematicalcomparingthesimulationmodelandreferencemodel．TheprimaryregionalplancanbeadjustedaccordingtOitsexecutionandthechangeoftheenvironmentwiththeRDPCS，thustheintegrativetargetsoftheregioncouldbeachievedstepbystepandtheregionalcompetencecouldbeimpr
