4、eEastAsiaFinancialCrisis，EastAsiacountriesreadjustedtheirexchangeratearrangementtoamoreflexibledirection，butsoonresumedthe‘‘peggingdollar’’arrangementinpractice．The“resumptionofEastAsiaUSdollarstandard”embodiedtheexternalpressureandtheinternalcontradictionofEastAsiaundertheunsymmetricalmo
