2、turingindustry.Ithasimportantvaluetoinvestigatetheeffectfactorsofmachiningdistortionandmethodsforreducingoravoidingdistortion.Basedonthedomesticandforeigninvestigatedstatus,fromthethreedimensionalcuttingprinciples,thedistortionofthin-walledpart,andthekeymodelingtechniquesofmonolithiccomponentsf
3、orthesimulation,amethodcombiningtheoreticalanalysiswithfiniteelementcalculationandexperimentisadoptedinthisdissertationtostudythedistortionprediction.Thecuttingmechanismhasbeendeeplyinvestigated.Usingthethreedimensionalobliquecuttingmodel,themachinedsurfaceresidualstressofaluminiumalloy7050T745
4、1hasbeensimulated.Thet001finiteelementmodelwithhelicaledgehasbeenusedtosimulatethemillingprocessofaluminiumalloy7050T7451,andthephysicalvalueincludingcuttingforceandcuttingtemperaturehasbeenanalyzed.Basedonthetheoryofcuttingdeformationofthin—walledparts,thekeytechniquesofcuttingsimulationofthin
5、.walledhasbeenstudied.Thethreedimensionalfiniteelementmodelofmillingprocessforthinned-wallparthasbeenestablished.Thepartdeflectionofthinnedwallparthasbeensimulatedusingtheestablishedmodel.Thecuttingstress,strain,andpartdeflectionhavebeeninvestigatedfurther.Whichprovidedtheconditionsfortheinvest
6、igationandcontroloflocaldeformation.Thekeymodelingtechniquesofthemachiningdistortionsimulationforthemillingprocessofmonolithiccomponentshavebeeninvestigated,whichincludethesimplificationofgeometricalmodel,simplificationoftechnics,theoriginalresidualstressofrawmaterial,simplificationofcuttinglay
