4、rancemeasurementbasedonopticalfiber'’sponsoredbyNationalMinistryofEducation.nemainworkinthedissertationiSshownasfollows:1.Basedontheopticalfibersensorwithtwogroupsofreceivingfiber,threegroupsoffiberwereadoptedtorealizethemeasurementoftipclearance.Thesensorcannotonlyeliminatetheeff

5、ecttomeasurementresultsoflightsourcefluctuationandreflectivit、rvarietyoftipsurface,butalsoreducetheeffectofanglebetweenthetipsurfaceandsensorendfacetomeasurementresult.2.Themathematicmodeloftipclearancesensor,whichiSbasedonasinglebundleoffibertOtransmitlaserandthreegroupsoffiberto
