1、摘要本课题以XX污水处理厂污水处理工程为项目背景，针对其自动化程度要求高的特点，综合采用自动化技术、计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术、图形显示技术、触摸屏技术等，采用先进控制、过程优化、管控一体的设计思路，开发“XX污水处理厂自控系统’’。主要完成某污水处理厂的基于工业以太网的计算机自动控制系统设计，其中以上位计算机综合应用程序开发和一体化生物反应器控制系统的设计为主。本人在其中参与了该工程的方案设计，以及后期的调试工作。该工程正式投产运行以来的情况表明，自控系统运行可靠，自动化程度高，控制软件设计先进，完全满足工艺运行和日常管理的要求。全文主要从以下五个方面进行论述：①工业控制网

2、络技术的发展，分析比较DCS、现场总路线和工业以太网三种控制技术各自的优缺点：②分析工业以太网在工业控制领域应用会碰到的实时性、安全性和可靠性等难题，并结合当前最新科技进展，提出合适的解决方案；③在分析污水处理的工艺特点和行业要求的基础上，提出XX污水处理厂基于工业以太网的污水处理控制系统方案。④具体阐述了XX污水处理厂污水处理控制系统的各分区的功能及其软、硬件实现方式。⑤对全文的工作进行总结，并对该系统的技术可行性和经济效益进行了分析关键词：工业以太网、水处理自动化、污水处理控制系统ⅡABSTRACTThissubjecttoamunicipalwastewatertreatme
