2、tract:1.Theconditionofthisobligationissuch,thatifabovebondedDebtorperformthecovenants,conditionsandagreementsinsaidcontract,thenthisobligationshallbecomenullandvoid,otherwiseitshallbeandremaininfullforce.　　2.NeithertheContractnorthisAgreementshallbeassigned,changedormodifiedwith

3、outthewrittenconsentofSurety.　　3.SuretyisresponsibletopayamountdueunderContractincludingloss,damagesandinterestsnotexceedingabove-mentionedamount.　　4.PaymentsdueunderthisAgreementshallbepaiduponwrittennoticeofCreditorsupportedbyevidenceofDebtorsdefault.　　5.TheSuretyshallpayamoun

4、tduenolaterthan30daysafterthegivingnoticeofdefault.　　6.TheCreditorshallexercisenormalprudentbusinesspracticesandshallapplyreasonableeffortstomitigatepossiblelossesundertheContract.Surety'sobligationsshallbereleasedandvoiduponthefailureofCreditortoproperlyperfectitssecurityinter
