3、ntly,theoptimizationonbatonhandoverisnecessary,andtheresearchonoptimizationcanprovidetechnicalsupportforitsimpellinginthecommercialstage.Inthispaper,theprocessesandthealgorithmsofbatonhandoverareintroducedandtheparameterswhichaffectthehandoverperformanceareanalyzed(suchasfiltercoefficient.thehystere
4、sisofbatonhandover,eellindividualoffset)indetailfirstly.ThenbasedonthetestexperienceofTD.SCDMAtrialnetwork,theproblemsonbatonhandoverinTD.SCDMAsystemareanalyzed,suchastheeffectofthecomer,thecommunicationinterruptionforhigh-speedUSerS.Thirdly,accordingtothetechnicalcharacteristicsofTD—SCDMAsystem(suc
5、hassmartantennaanduplinksynchronization),theprocessesandalgorithmsofbatonhandoverareoptimized,includingthecandidatelistimprovementbasedonDOAcalculatedbysmartantenna,measurementimprovement,andadmissioncontrolimprovementfordifferentservices.Fourthly,anewhandoveralgorithmisproposedtodealwiththeproblems
