2、tytoconvertsewagesludgetorenewableresource.Inthispaper,thepyrolysisofsewagesludgewassystematicallyinvestigatedunderinertconditionsinafixed-bedbatchpyrolyzingfurnacewhichcansimulatetheengineeringpracticewithobvioustemperaturegradsandreactiontimesegments.Thecharacteristicsofp
3、roductsweredetectedbycalorimeter,elementanalyzer,scanningelectronicmicroscope(SEM)andgasphasechromatographyandthethermogravimetricanalysistechniquesWel-eusedintheresearchofthepyrolyticdecompositionkineticsmechanics.Theeffectsoffinalpyrolysistemperature,heatingrate,reactiont
4、imeandmaterialmoistureontheproductdistributionandcompositionwereresearchedalso.ItWasfoundthatthefinalpyrolysistemperatureWasthemostimportantinfluencingfactorduringtheprocess.WhenthefinaltemperatureWasabove450"C,liquidphase(oil)achievedhi【gheryieldandthehighestyieldswereachi
5、evedat550"C.Themaximumvaluewas43%.Theanalyticalexperimentsandevaluationresultsofoilapprovedthatvaporizedhydrocarbonscontentintheliquidphasewerehigherthancrudeoilandthecompositionsweresimilartodieseloil.SothepyrolysisoilhaspotentialqualitytOinsteadofdieseloil.Theliquidphasep
6、roductioncouldbecomethesaccedaneumofmineralfueliftheyweredisposedproperly.Thecharacteristicsofsolidphaseundermoderatefinalpyrolysistemperaturesvariedfrom250"(2~700"Cwereanalyzed.ItWasfoundthatvolatilemattercontentinsemi-cokereducedbutashandfixedcarboncontentsraisedwiththein
7、creasingoffinalpyrolysistemperature.Becausethesolidphaseathighfinaltemperaturehashigherporosity,thesemi-cokecanadsorbharmfulingredientchlorineandsulfurinNCGAccordingtotheanalysisofNCGtheyieldofC02wasmaximumatlowerpyrolysistemperaturebuttheyieldsofH2、CO、C1-14werehigherthanot
