1、西北工业大学硕卜论文中文摘贾摘要近红外光谱技术具有分析速度快、精度高、操作方便、不消耗试剂、无创(无损)、成本低等特点,目前广泛应用于生物医学领域。人体内多组分的无创检测是近红外光谱技术在生物医学领域的主要研究方向之一。人体血液中的葡萄糖浓度是衡量人体生理健康的重要指标之一。失衡的血糖浓度会直接危及人的生命,因此血糖浓度的无创检测有着重大的意义。本文就以近红外光谱无创血糖检测为对象展开研究。首先,本文根据近红外光谱的基础理论,采用漫反射的检测方式,以人体前臂手腕为检测部位,在1300-1850nm波长范围内进行无创血糖检测基础性问题研究。建立了无创血糖检测校正模型和方法流程。利用
