3、reparationtechnologyofantimicrobialpowderwhichisbroad—spectrum,highlyefficient,durableantimicrobialpropertiesandtheapplicationofintheinnerwallpaint.Firstofall,weimprovethepreparationtechnologyofultra·finepowderofinorganiccompoundantibacterialbyexperimentalmethod,a
4、ndfoundthattheoptimalprocessingconditionis雒follows:TheconcentrationofTi-fluidis9.87%,thestirringspeedis350r/min,thedosageofsodiumhexametaphosphateisO.2%,reactiontimeis30rain,reactiontemperatureis95℃,dryingtemperatureis100℃,dryingtimeis3h,calciningtemperatureis850℃
5、,calciningtimeis4h.111eultra-fineantimicrobialpowderwaspreparedbytheoptimalprocessingconditions,themeandiameterofwhichisabout190nm,theparticlesizeisuniformityanddistributionisnarrowmeaSuredbyLaserGranularityEquipment.Antimicrobialpowderisnon-dissolution,theantibac
6、terialrateofwhichtoEcoli,StaphylococcusaureusandCandidaalbicansallachieve100%whentheconcentrationislOOmg/L,andactiontimeis40rain.furthermore,theantibacterialratestillCanarriveabove95%for6monthsafterbumtingofantimicrobialpowder.ItCanconcloundthatantimicrobialpowder
