2、heIPaddressisvalid.Whentheterminalhandoversbetweendifferentareas,howtokeepthecommunicationcontinuousandrealizetheQoSperformanceistheheattopicintheindustries.NowadaysmanyschemesarepresentedtosurpportthemobileIP,suchastheschemebasedonthelinklayer,theschemebasedonthenetworklayerortheschemebasedont

3、heapplicationlayer.Aftertheanalysisanddiscussion,thispaperchoosestheschemebasedonthenetworklayertosurpporttheterminal’S(node’S)mobilecommunication.Howtoreducethehandover’Slatencyandlightenthenetwork’Spayloadarethekeyfeaturesoftheprotoc01.Inordertosupporthandover,IETFpresentsMIPproposal,andmanyp

4、roposalsarepresentedaccordinglysuchas‘thetrianglerouting’,‘theroutingoptimization’whichhastheshortcomingsoftheunbalancednetwork’Spayload,andthevulnerablesecurity.Inthispaper,withtheschemeof‘node·basedroutingproposalinthemiddleorsmall—scalednetwork’,terminalhastwoidentities:terminalandpermanenth

5、omeagent,withmobilenode’Spermanentagentaddress,thecorrespondingnodecanrealizemobilecommunicationandreducethehandover’Slatencyeffectively.Thisnotonlycanlightenthehomeagent’Spayloadeffectively,butalsocanguaranteethesafetyofthelocationinformationofthemobilenode.Butitshouldbenotedthattheaddingaddre

6、ssestotheterminalwillcontributethreattothelimitedaddressspacewhentheterminalisitspermanenthomeagent,SOthisSChemeisonlyusedinthemiddleorsmall—scalednetworkwhichsupports‘flooding’.Inthispaper,withtheproposalof‘MBG—basedroutingoptimization’,MBGinterceptstheinformationofregistration,getsthecare-of-
