3、butedunevenly,springbackandtheformingprecisionisdifficulttocontrol,andSOon.Therefore,theformingqualityhasbecomeamajorobstacleforaluminumalloysheetbeusedinElectromagneticforming(EMF)isakindofhighvelocityformingtechnique,thiscanacceleratethesheettovelocitiesontheorderof200

4、m.s。1overadistanceofafewmillimeters.Thishighvelocityformingcanbequitebeneficial.ItCanimproveformabilityandstraindistribution,reducethespringblackofthealuminumalloys.Comparedwiththetraditionalspringbackcontrollingmethods,EMFmakethecurvedworkpiecebecalibratedbyfittingtothe

5、femaledie,throughadjustingtheelectromagneticforcetoremovespringback,itiseasiertodecreasethespringbackviathismethod.Inthispaper,finiteelementanalysissoftwareANSYSisusedtodiscussthesurfacecoil’Smagneticfieldofelectromagneticproperties.Simulatethedischargecircuitandfindthev

6、ariationthatthecurrentofsurfacecoilchangeswiththetime;Simulatethemagneticfieldofthesurfacecoil’Selectromagneticformingandfindthedistributionofmagneticfieldandmagneticfieldstrengthofthesurfacecoil.MagneticdeformationprocessofsheetmaterialsurfacepartssimulatedwiththeFEAsof

7、twareDynaform.Theresultindicatesthat:1)Theformingeffectisdecidedbythespacingbetweenthesheetanddie.Theresultsshowthatthedistancebetweensheetmetalanddieincreases,thedeformationoftheworkpieceafterformingreducesandspringbackincreases.2)Witlltheincreaseofdischargeenergy。thema
