2、tronicequipment.Basingonthecharacteristicsoftheanalogcircuitwitlltolemnce,BPneuralnetworkisselectedforthesystemwhichismuchmoresuitableforfaultdiagnosis.ThissystemisimplementedonaFPGA,sincetheFPGAisparallelprocessingandhighreliability.Manytraditionalanalogcircuitfaultd
3、iagnosismethodsarenotveryefficient。Duetotheimpactofcomponenttolerances,theresultsarefar舶mtheapplicationindiagnosisofcircuits.Thefaulttolerance,associativememoryandgoodnonlinearmappingoftheneuralnetworkmakethismethodmuchbetterthanthetraditionalmethods.BPneuralnetworkin
4、cludestheessentialpartofneuralnetworktheory;ithasmanymeritsforitsapplicationinanalogcircuitfaultdiagnosis.ButthestandardBPalgorithmhasitsowninherentflaws,suchasslowconvergence,easytofallintothelocalminimum.ThispaperfocusesonusinggeneticalgorithmstooptimizetheLevenberg
5、-MarquardtBPalgorithmtoovercometheinherentflawsofstandardBPalgorithm.AndtheapplicationprocessofthisoptimizedalgorithmtOtheanalogcircuitfaultdiagnosissystemisdescribedindetail.Inthefirstpartofthispaper,aprogramisdesignedfortrainingoptimizedalgorithmbyMATLAB.Inthesecond
6、part,aFPGAchipEP2C8Q208C8isselectedaccordingtothefaultdiagnosissystemdesignrequirements,theinterfacecircuitandtheFPGA’Sinternalfunctionalmodulesisdesigned.ThearticleputemphasisonintroducingtheFPGA’Sinternalfunctionalmodules,includingtheADsamplingcontrolmodule,FIFOmodu
7、le,datapre—processingmodule,BPneuralnetworkmoduleandLCDdisplaydrivermoduledesign.Finally,anactualcircuitisselectedtotestthesystem.Theresultsshowthat,comparingwiththeconventionalfaultdictionarymethod,thissystemismuchmoresimple,efficientandaccurate,andhassomedevelopment
