3、efoulingwereoptimized.ThedesignofaflatⅣ略RWascarriedouttotreatthepracticalindustrialwater.Themainresultsareasfollowing:1.Theoperationofthescparatecapillarymembrane,separatehollowfibermembraneandtheflatmembranemodulefitthemodelofsludgeconcentrationcontrolledmembraneflu
4、xdecrease.Themembranefluxdecreasewiththesludgeconcentrationincreases.Thereisa109arithmierelationbetweenthesludgeconcentrationandthevelocityofthemembranefluxdecrease.AddingzeoliteinthewaterCancausethemembraneflaxtoincreasecomparatively.2.Therearethreemomentsinitschang
5、eofmembraneblockageasfarasaflatMBRwasconcerned.Atthebeginning.theresistanceremainedinalowlevel;thenitroserapidlywiththefoulingofthemembrane;inthethirdmoment,thesludgeblockWasconstantlywipedoffbyitsgravityandtheaeration,theresistanceswung.Attheendoftheoperation,theres
6、istancecausedbythesludgeblockaccountforupper3/4thetotal.3.ForthecapillaryMBR.in.reversewashbyNaClOismoreeriectivethanbywater,butisalSOmoreexpensive.ForthehollowfiberMBR,washbyNaClOiSoptimal.whileotherreagentssuchasNaOHandHClarealsoeffective.FortheflatMBR.themechanica
