4、uchasmaildelievery,goodsdelieveryandvehiclesschedulingandSOon,greatbenefithasbeengained.Inreallifethereisaclassofvehicleroutingproblems:thecustomershavestrictlimittotheirservicetime,andtheyhopetheyCanbeservedinappointedtimeintervals,SOthecapacityconstraintandthetimeconstraintwillbecons
5、ideredsimultaneouslywhileconstructingtheroutes.ThisclassofproblemsiscalledVehicleRoutingProblemwithTimeWindow,inwhichthetimeintervalsarecalledtimewindow.Sincethetimewindowisintroduced,thevehicleroutingproblemwithtimewindowishardertosolve,SOitisalwaysoneofthemostimportantbranchesinvehic
6、leroutingproblems.Themodelsandmethodsaboutvehicleroutingproblemwithtimewindowanditsextendedproblemsarestudiedinthispaper,themaincontributionsofthispaperaresummarizedaSfollows:(1)Arulecalled“First-expired-fh-st-served”isproposedtosolvethevehicleroutingproblemwithtimewindowanditsextended
