1、西北工大学硕士学位论文摘要时间、资源和成本是项目管理中需要控制的三大要素，统称其管理为数据管理。本文针对航空产品特点，对项目运行过程中的数据管理技术进行研究。探讨了基于Petri网的数据管理建模，论述了如何利用所建模型解决进度中的冲突问题，研究了三大要素的综合协调技术，实现了部分原型系统的开发。本文主要研究内容包括:1.基于Petri网的数据管理建模。分析了航空项目数据管理中存在的问题与传统数据管理模型的不足，建立了基于Petri网的航空项目数据管理模型(DM/rN模型)及其分级模型。2.冲突识别与解决方法.分析了项目冲突的来源与分类，提出在DM/TN模型基础

2、上用分解重组的方法解决项目进行过程中的冲突问题，并建立了优先级制度。3.项目数据综合协调技术。详细研究了基于DM/TN网的数据综合协调:时间一资源协调、资源成本协调、成本一进度协调。4.系统开发。使用VisualC++.NET,ASP.NET和JavaApplet等开发工具和语言完成了数据管理部分原型系统的开发。5.实例验证。以某型飞机部装04段为例，将论文中所研究的理论方法以及原型系统进行了验证，初步证明结论正确。关键词:项目管理，数据管理，航空产品，Petri网，冲突，数据协调西北丁大学硕上学位论文ABSTRACTTime,resourceandcosta
