4、fieldforthefirsttime.Accordingtoscheduleandresourcegoals,takingintoaccountprojectCOSTS,themodelingmethodofresource,constructionprocessandtimearestudied.Ahyberarchymodelofhighwayconstructionsimulationisputforwords.Theform,paramentricestimationaswellassamplingmethods

5、ofactivitydurationdistributionarediscussedwidely,andalsotheinfluenceofconstructionnegativefactorstoactivitydurationisstudied.Intheprojectschedulingstudy,thealgorithmsofSimulationCriticalPath(SCP)andActivityCriticalityProbability(ACP)inPetriNetsarededucedbasedoninci

6、dencematrix.Forthefirsttime,thealgorithmsofactivitytimeparametersinsimulationaregiven,itsolvestheproblemthatsimulationtechnologyinprojectschedulingcan‘tproduceactivitytimeparametertomanageproject.Inprojectriskmanagement,thesignificationsandalgorithmsofActivityCruci

7、alityIndex(ACI),ReferencePointCompletionProbability(RPCP)andprqjectperiodriskinPetriNetsarestudied.RPCPispresentedforthefirst。timeinthispaper.ttcanconformtoengineeringbetterthancompletionprobabilitywhichonlyusethecompletiontimeasareferencepoint.Furthermore,schedule
