3、hereal-timeinformationforthemicroreactionsystem,soitbecomeoneofthehotspotsinthebiosensorresearcharea.Withthedevelopmentofthepiezoelectricsensorarray,themeasurementwiththesinglefrequencycounterandmanualdaterecordistoodifficulttomeettheneedofprecisionandspeed
4、.Sothisthesissetupthepiezoelectricbiosensordetectingsystem,withthepiezoelectricsensorarray、thedifferentialoscillationTTLcircuitinliquid、thesoftwaremodulefortheanalyseofthebiomoleculeinliquidandthepersonalcomputer,whichisforthemonitoring、processingandstoring
5、ofthereal-timeoscillationfrequenciesofthesensorarray.Togetthesteadyoscillationfrequeciesofthepiezoelectricbiosensorinliquid,thekeypointiswhetherthecircuitcaneffectivelymakethequartzcrystaloscillateintheresonantfrequency.SothisthesisdesignsaTTLdifferentialos
