2、developmentonenergysavingtechnologiesofindustrialprocesshaveimportantpracticalsignificance.Inrecentyears,electrolyticaluminiumindustryhavebeendevelopedfastinourcountry,andtheprimaryproductionisatthefirstplaceofthewholeworld.Electrolyticaluminiumindustryhashighenergyconsumption
3、asintensiveresourceandenergyenterprises,andthepowersavingisitsetemaltheme.A1argenumberoflow.temperatureflueemissionsfromprocessofaluminiumreduction,whichheatlOSSoftheflueawaytroughsystemgenerallyis20%~35%bytotalenergyexpenditure.Basedonthecharacteristicsofthefluegasfromaluminu
4、mreductioncells,atechnologyprototypeofwasteheatpowergenerationforaluminumreductioncells’flueonthebasisoforganicrankinecyclewasproposed,whichprovidesanewthoughtforenergysavingandemissionreductionofelectrolyticaluminumindustry.Basedonsu伍cientinvestigationfortherelativefieldathom
5、eandabroad,withatypicalfluesystemof200kAseries’aluminumreductioncellsinafactory,wasteheatpowergenerationsystembasedonrankinecyclewasbuilt.Relevantmathematicsmodelswereestablishedbasedonthefirstandsecondlawofthermodynamics.Withtheaimofensuringoptimalsystemperformance,screeninga
