2、te、proteinandlipidaletheprimarysubstratesthatCanbeutilizedbybacteriaintheanaerobicdigestionsystem.Thesolidwastecompriseofdifferentsubstratesthatwillpresentdisparateproperty.Soitisnecessarytoinvestigatethecharacteristicofasinglesubstrateintheanaerobicdigestionsystem.Theauthorselectrice
3、、soybean、celeryandfatastherepresentativematerialofcarbohydrate、proteinandhpid.Throughtheanaerobicdigestionexperiment,thespecialityofeverysinglesubstratehasbeenanalynased.Experimentsweredesignedandcarriedoutonthemesophilicandthermophilicanaerobicdigestionofeverysinglesubstrateandthemix
4、edsubstrateundercontrollingoruncontrollingpH.Theexperimentalresultswerediscussed,andthecharacteristicdifferenceofthefoursubstrateswasprimarilyconcluded.Theresultsofmesophilicanaerobicdigestionofthesubstratesshowthattherateofhydrolysis/acidificationofricewasrapid,andthepHvaluemustbecon
5、trolledotherwisethedigestionwillbefailure.Bothoftwodigestionbottlesofsoybeancann’tgetinthephasesofproducingmethane,andbothoftheconcentrationofammoniaandthatofVFAwerethehighestduringthedigestionofthefourmaterials.Thecelerycallbecompletelydegraded,bothoftwodigestionbottleshadbeenintheph
6、aseofproducingmethane,andtherateofthedegradingwillbeacceleratedifonlythepHWascontrolled.Thefathasshowedthemosteffectiveabilityofproducinggasandmethane,anditscumulativemethaneproductionisupto13758mi,whichis93.59%ofthegas’Soutput.Theresultsofthermophilicanaerobicdigestionaredifferfromth
